El Franco Lee Public Service Plaza

The El Franco Lee Service Plaza sits in the middle of downtown Houston. Landscape Art served as the general contractor on this project. The main focus of this project was the bronze statue of El Franco Lee, along with a granite wall displaying the names of past Harris County Commissioners who serve the community now and in the past. The architect created an outstanding design that invites visitors to sit and enjoy the plentiful trees and flowers in the middle of towering buildings. Our company installed the chemically edged concrete walls and walkways that serve as a prominent feature. Overall, this renovated green space in downtown Houston provides a beautiful area for Harris County residents and visitors to respite from big city demands.
